Having dealt with almost 8,000 enquiries over the last 7 years, our Triage team have heard and dealt with almost every situation imaginable. That said, nothing is taken for granted and our Triage Team are always there to listen and gather enough information from the enquirer to make deciding whether we can help possible. Dealing with enquiries

Over the past seven years we have dealt with over 7,000 enquiries. Hear first hand from Daniela Parravano on how we deal with incoming enquiries.

Our Triage team work together full time to make sure that enquiries are usually dealt with same day or within 24 hours at latest. Every enquiry is tracked and followed up as and when necessary. The team has sufficient knowledge and exposure to new cases to be able to provide the legal team with a clear synopsis of each case for legal assessment. By way of simple overview, we have set out some information below highlighting the common types of disputes and also how we spot the “red flags” that indicate a dispute likely.
