Beneficiaries

{How many other beneficiaries are there?:533}

Disputing an estate with a higher number of beneficiaries means that the estate value is shared among more people. This may result in a lower financial gain, which may not be worth the legal costs incurred.

IDR can assess the likely financial gain and compare that to the estimated legal costs, to see if a legal dispute would be worthwhile.
