Referral Process
Contentious Probate, it’s all we do. This is an important message for us and one we want to reiterate with those that work with, us over and over again. As it’s all we do, we work in tandem with our referrers, whilst we deal with the dispute they work on the administration, a perfect partnership.
Over the years we have built up a strong network of over 200 individual referrers, and have created a structured process so they can refer clients with ease, knowing they are getting the best service for their client with a firm they can trust.

Louise had taken all the relevant information from my rambling message and gave clear, concise advice that could be readily understood. Excellent service. I was very grateful with Laura Read from IDR LAW who helped me with a few problems I had encountered on applying for probate that had a few obstacles to get over to succeed in me having it granted to myself. She was honest and understood my position totally, listening to every detail i was explaining over the phone for 30 minutes. I would definitely be contacting Laura and IDR LAW in the near future if I need a probate specialist to represent me. Thank you Laura. Welcoming Professional Denise AbbottTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to this company through sheer desperation and I'm so glad I did. I have recently lost my beloved husband, who died intestate with no bequeaths. I had finally gathered all the information on his assets and duly filed for probate so I can obtain Letters of Administration to enable me to give his daughters a good share of his estate (according to inheritance rules, me, his spouse, in lawfully entitled to all his estate) only to find his youngest daughter, sister and ex-wife have issued caveats to halt the process. I have worked as quickly as I can whilst trying to grieve so that I can ensure his girls get a share. His whole family have become hostile as they think the girls (34 and 36 years old) should get everything. My husband and I had been together for almost 20 years, cohabited for 14 and married for the last 9 years. This has knocked me sideways; I knew I was 'just someone Dad had married' but I never expected to be told in my own home (I own 75%) that his daughters 'will get half of everything' and that I 'can stay in the house until you die then your son can sell it and give the girls their 25%' and be berated for several hours. All this 5 weeks after my love, their father died. I have shared the above information for people thinking of using IDR Law Ltd, to get an overview of what they are dealing with in my case. THE REVIEW: I spoke with Daniela Paravano, Head of Triage who instantly put my mind at ease. Daniela was empathic, listened as I went off at a tangent (sorry Daniela) and gave me clear guidance as to what I am lawfully entitled to under inheritance, what may happen and how to deal with it. At no time was there any 'hard sell' or pushing me towards an expensive fight. On the contrary, Daniela informed me of the stages I should follow before this even gets near a court. I can have a free one hour consultation with a solicitor should I need it, I fully expect I will, and if I do, I feel I will be in safe hands - especially with Daniela. Last night, after talking everything through with Daniela, was the first full night's sleep I have had since my husband died in August. A time was scheduled for my triage call, which was with Daniela. She was extremely understanding and listened really well. She explained the next stage. I then received a call from Chloe about 4 days later. Chloe was very straightforward and honest about what was possible (no surprises, but good to have it confirmed). I was able to ask questions, and suggestions were offered. Due to the size of the estate, progressing wasn’t an option; this did not in any way limit the service received. Excellent throughout. Laura Read was kind , professional and attentive when dealing with the matters concerned with my late mother’s estate. I could not have wished for a better interaction under the circumstances. We are in the early stages of working with IDR Law, and have been thoroughly impressed with the support, knowledge and empathy that Daniela, Chloe and Tim have provided so far. If anyone finds themselves in a similar awful situation, IDR Law would definitely be my first recommendation for impartial and sensible advice.
